6310i Remote Unlock Fail

Trying to unlock a 6310i without much success. Generated the following code....

MCC+MNC: 31041
TYPE: UEM6 - TYPE2

Get code error when putting it in. I think I have one try left before it's locked forever. I checked the SIM with simspy and it shows the MNC is in fact 41 (Cingular Chicago). Any suggestions that don't involve sending it off to be unlocked?

Have not tried v1 codes. Not sure I dare try with such an uncertain response .

At the looks of it, most people here do recommed to try V1 codes first.. and a lot of them that are posted are V1..
Dunno, never had a problem with V2, but then again I haven't tried every phone and providers..
