    my mobile refuse to work in egypt...it was working in germany.
    when i open it ...it said the phone is restricted .....enter the restriction code

    which sim card did you use in germany, which do you want to use in egypt?

    i don't understand ...do u mean Gsm network???

    i wasn't the one using it in germany!

    my network in egypt is vodafone (misr fone click)

    what he means is what network is the phone currentley locked to.
    see if you can try a friends card in the phone to check. once we know the current network we can generate you'r unlock codes

    please describe your problem more in detail!

    which sim card is in your phone? if you entered pin code phone says "restricted"?

    where did you buy the phone, Germany?

    do you have a datacable (f-bus/m-bus, not dlr-3p)? if yes, please go to [url]www.b-phreaks.co.uk[/url] and download bwinlock software and read out configuration key. this is important for calculation of right codes!

    the phone refuse to work on both networks of Egypt
    vodafone (misr fone click) & mobinil...i am using vodafone now.

    I am not putting a pin code on the mobile

    when i switch on the phone it says the phone is restricted.....Enter the restriction code

    i haven't any data cables...the phone (6310i) is made in germany & was working in Austria

    well in that case i sugest you contact the previous owner and ask which network he / she was using on that phone.

    p.s you get the phone restricted message if you try a non compatible sim in the phone. that's why it needs to be unlocked.

    whats the product code of the phone that the number beginning with 050XXXX or 051XXXX on the label under battery!
