Don't know how to enter code? Remove SIM Card! Type #, then *-key 3 times (you get p), then *-key 4 times (you get w), then *-key 2 times (you get +), then the 15 digits, then *-key 2 times (you get +), then lock digit, #

if its orange UK and thoughs codes don't work then I can say with confidance the phone is barred
