My 3650 doesn't Boot... Help

Hi,

It's the same old Story with 3650.
My new brand nokia has failed in starting up.
The Nokia logo shows for a while and then the power is off
i know i need to flash the phone but The technical support here have V2.50
and it's not operating properly with my phone.
I need to download a newer version. any clew where can i find it
and download it.
Help Please

if there is a nokia care in ur area, u can get it fixed 4 free if its still under warr.

otherwise, u haf to get someone else to flash ur fone, like some fone shops or wat wif flashing services.
