if this does not work
as u are on orange uk 7650 and there are no issues unlocking these your phone is either
blocked or barred
does an orange simcard work in the phone

then the phone must be already unlocked or something
the code are correct for 7650 on orange
and there are no issues on this network as with others
the phone must be barred or blocked on the network

to check get a cable and bwinlock but u will find your network
code is 23433 so the codes are find

or someone has already tried to unlock it with this method and entered 5 incorrect codes
