T300 don'r power on after read all codes with DIV 6.2 cracked

Hy! A upgraded a T300 to T310 with the gdfs file and the phone works fine.I maked calls and played with tony hawks ) After that I switched off the phone and I clilcked to the "Read all codes" after booting. The program read the codes and I want to type it to the phone.But it didn't switch on anymore.It backlight flashing up, and thats all.If I want to power up the phone, and after that booting up with terminator 1.2 it isn't booting, just when I pull down the battery. I tried to flash again with the upgrader GDFS file, I tried to reset GDFS, write a new AVR (T300 and T310 AVR both),but it still not working. Has anyone a good idea, because I cannot imagine what is the problem.Please help, it is very important to me.

U tryed the t310 upgrade from step 1 again.

Maybe damaged GDFS area?
