Please help me unlock my friend's 3650 from AT&T Wireless.

The IMEI# is 35110 2500 616 437

When I enter in the unlocking code, do I need to take out the SIM Card?

They are actually no spaces between the numbers in the cell phone. it is just one set of numbers.
The IMEI is
351102500616437 with AT&T Wireless.

Apologies for the confusion. Should I use the first numbers or the second one?
