I have a 6610 from T-mobile USA; the network code is 31026.
I tried Smart DCT4 calc 1.0.0beta, and DCT4 calculator by cyberdog & hollowman, v1.4, and neither one gave correct codes.
IMEI is 350894309032177
thanks...

You got it...thanks!
You used MCC+MNC of 31020.. when I put my SIM card in a sim card reader and read out the IMSI, I got 31026... is tmobile US always 31020?
cannot answer that 100%
i would say no its not
imsi number on simcard (network code) has nothing to do with config key for unlock calculation
in Europe it's usually equal, but in the us with many network codes because of many mergers and aquisitions, they use multilock, a t-mobile phone will accept cards with 31016 31026 31020 etc. but calculation is based on 31020 all the time
the reason for this is, that in original security box from nokia the config key is hardcoded, so that one operator could not calculate codes for phone from another operator
