Tried your 2 codes – unfortunately the answer is “ cannot undo restriction”
It is the same answer for the 2 codes.
I rechecked the EMEI and it is correct – is there is a possibility I’m providing a wrong Network ID? - where to check?

MMM... I think I know what is the problem - I tried to enter too many wrong codes - and now the phone is blocked - Can someone provide help???

the phone is not blocked, it will still be fine on the original network it is locked to. you need a cable to unlock the phone now...

there is no free cable soilution for dct-4, yet

you will need someone with griffinbox or bwinlock WITH dongle or prodigy

I would try the software I attached, it can only 'not' work... failing that, other solution is needed (see gsm community suggestions)
