yeah sorry it's locked to my telstra australia sim card which is weird cos i bought the phone off ebay second hand but it will only accept my sim card if another is put in it asks for the code

i think it's in security settings u can lock it so no one else can use another sim card in it so it will only work iwth my sim card unless i put in a code the thing is i don't know the code or i am typing the right code and it's not working, i had a problme with the wallet code at one stage was typing right code but kept saying it was incorrect any ideas? i can't do anything wtihout infa red pc or data cable can i?
