Need Help Unlocking 8390 (Cingular in U.S.) Pls!

hi... i posted this on the other thread, i guess i should have posted it here.. sorry! =(

can anyone please help me unlock my 8390? i saw the other thread but they have a different serial # and a service provider, so i thought it might not work for me... i've tried calling cingular but they just keep giving me the runaround... it's now been two weeks and they keep saying they'll just get back to me because they need to check...blah blah blah... it's been pretty frustrating so i thought i'd try the internet... i hope u guys can help =)
