Saving contacts to Sim 3650

Im sure this has been covered, but the search on here doesnt like 3 letter words like Sim, so searching was useless.

But how do i save my contacts to sim , the manuel says how to do 1 at a time, gotta be a way to do all at once, my older motorola had that option. also my motorola had reminder beeps if u missed a call or message, im starting to dislike Nokia
