5510 rel file converter?

Hi.
It seems no any soft exist 5510 flash memory file audio file file *.rel format to other *.wav or mp3 etc. But 5510 *.lse format converter exist many. So is there anyone can share or develope for sake of other many 5510 owners? Actually 5510 can be used as dictaphone.

I'm not sure how much is known about the encryption that is employed in the rel files..
Or how to figure out that encryption at all
