You can unlock with Knok Build 22. Follow the tutorial on my site.

You can upgrade to 5.61 if you want though, watch out for ROM versions though as there are ROM 3 and ROM 4 6130s

you can also use quick and simple epprom tools by b-freaks just connect and click on padlock. this is still one of the best and most sturdiest fones avail. with excellent recep.
