SIM unlocking of nokia 3595

Hi all,

Can some one help me pronto?

I have Nokia 3595 Rogers AT & T phone and need to be SIM unlocked...my imei no is 010166/00/009421/6
it is already SP unlocked.

well I tried it exactly the way you'd described it..but it says code error and a stop icon is blinking....I tried with +1 and then with +7 too....both time gave the same error....

Sorry But code +7 is not the same as code +1

try an other Sim car in your fone
it may be unlocked already

Well inspite of it giving error u think it would have unlocked the phone? and by saying 'use another sim card' meaning of different service provider? or diff sim card from same service provider?

just try an other providers Sim Card
and see if you have coverage
can be that the fone is unlocked

Any one else knows if, I get a 'wronge code ' sign on my screen after I punch in the unlock code... would it be unlocked? or someone else can provide me with a different unlock code?

Type 2
Provider is '30272' (Rogers, Canada)

Verify the “IMEI” number is the same as the fifteen digit number at the very top of this post by dialling *#06#.

Power down phone, wait 15 seconds, remove battery, remove SIM. Replace battery and power up – “Insert SIM Card” displayed.

Type the following as instructed:

a. #
b. * three times for “p”
c. * four times for “w”
d. * two times for “+”
e. Type the 15 digit code (Carefully!)
f. * two times for “+”
g. The number “1, 5 or 7” (Whatever corresponds to the last digit in unlock code)
h. #
Message such as "Phone Restriction Off" displayed if correct code entered. Code is unique to only this IMEI number/phone. You have 5 attempts to get code right.
Please respond with results.

after 5 attempts what would happen? it would lock my phone forever?

once with '1' and second time with '7'

so now do I try only with '5'?

Only try the codes posted. Don't add your own 1 or 7 onto a code generated. Use the code exactly as it is posted.

If you have entered the wrong code twice, then you only have three more tries.

all different from one another
If code 1 and 7 did not work
check out your IMEI again and post the network to witch the fone is locked too

but try an other sim card too see if it aiy unlockrd before trying more codes
