3315 unit feels hot !!! !

Greeting to All Moderators and Forumers,
Thanks also to space to write this message.

Sir, I have a nokia3315 unit leaving from the dead and now alive and kicking after reheat and griffinized. After I fully charged the service battery and ready to used the unit, I observed and feel the unit is hot after an hour . I suspect that this has a hardware problem. Anyone here experience the same to help me so i can do the same. The undersigned will highly appreciate any help;

Measure the resistance between + and - of the phone..post results for more help..also disasembly the phone and check for any hardware foults

my 3310 could copy from simcard to memory and whise versa.
But it has dead now.
what do i do?
I think it was 3315 .
How can i find about its hardware?
Can i flash it every 3310 flashfile?
please help me.
