unisiemenssoftware doesn't work

I can't get the unisiemenssoftware to work for me
When I try to run the dongle emulator I get a blue screen under win98 and under win XP I get an error...
When I run the Unisiemens whithout the dongle emulator and try to read my SL45i flash I get another error...
Can somebody help me how to fix the error in the dongle emulator???

It should work...!,try to reinstall windows OR format your HD...
