Backup of 7110 is bad when using rolis

I was about to modify a friend's 7110, and i backed up the phone as usual. But when the backup was finished, i got a error message telling me that the backup was bad, and would result in Contact servce when flashed.

Why??

I used Rolis 4.78b6 - other phones have never been a problem, but it was the first time i used 7110.
