3330 is a dct3 phone and I dont think we can help ya with that.. u should try to get it from ur network if u got proves the sim card is yours..

PUK number is a nuber to unlock your sim card
for that you must call your service provider so that the can give you the PUK number for you to unlock your pin
they will give it to you free of charge
