how do you no the phone is imei barred, it could be that it just needs unlocking, however you really need to know what network it was on originally,other wise you will need to cable unlock it.

Not [B]ALL[/B] blocked phones are lost or stolen phones, I have an 8310 that got blocked because I refused to pay the provider a disputed bill and rather than take me to court (which I believe they would lose) they just cancelled my contract and blocked the phone. Dont be so quick to cry witch.
