newbie needs help on flashing

Hi new to the phone scene i have a nokia 331o question what do i need to flash it cables software and tut if possible thankd guys. If you can point in the best direction any help would be great

you need fbus cables, normally i use dejan cables and rolis 4.78 for flashing dct3 phones
