I ahve tried unsucessfully to unlock my 6800 and have failed too many times, now the phone will not allow the restriction to be removed.

I have a serial data cable.

What software do I need to fix this issue and unlock this phone, and if anyone knows the procedure, I would sincerely appreciate the help!
