nokia request PUK code

My Nokia 3410 request a PUK code.

I am very stupid, but lost my PUK code.
I already called my provider T-mobile (NL), they can only sell me a new (prepaid) SIM card including a new fone number!
I do have all other papers, like prove off purchase.

I am not very happy with above.

I read in this forum there is no way to get the puk code. Is this true?

I also read there is a posible way to connect a cable to a PC and reset the security code. Do this solve my problem?

You need a puk code if you enter your pin wrong 3 times.
Your service provider should be able to give you your puk code.
This cannot be unlocked through cable.

the t-mobile operator said they give only ones this code.
I have lost the page with the code.

There's no other solution.

ONLY your operator (T-mobile) have your PUK. If your operator can't provide you the PUK, so the solution is get another SIM.
