Easy & stupid question, Can a motorola V600 be unblocked/barred? As in blocked by the network provider??? Want to buy one but cant afford a new one so after a faulty phone. One happens to be on ebay as "searches for network but then displays unregistered sim". Which means BARRED/BLOCKED right??
