Learn to flash Correctly

i need to ask some questions,

I havent flash my phone yet, I got ProjectZ3310.fls file and do i need additional MCU, PPM files to flash this file?
My phone ver. is 5.13 (3310)

and how?

Please help me?

just flash that projectZ flash file into your phone, and update faid.

if you want to upgrade your 3310 to 3315, then you still need to flash 3315 eeprom or using pclocal to change profile data bit 30 to 1 on your phone.

3. Is projcectZ3310.fls already contained PPM & MCU?

4. some eeprom files comes with PPM, for flash this do i need

1. no. When you are making a full backup, you get a 2MB file. This file contains the MCU, The PPM, and the EEPROM. EEPROM is the smallest part of the flash.

MCU+PPM+EEPROM = the entire phone.

2. No, projectz is MCU+PPM combined.

3. yes. that is what projectz contains...

4. I think you mean PMM (not PPM), which is included in EEPROM. (when we say EEPROM, we usualy mean PMM included)
PPM and PMM is two completely different things.

The EEPROM contains your IMEI, settings, downloaded ringtones and pictures and more. Actually, you should not need to ever flash your phone with a new EEPROM. You can keep your old EEPROM no matter if you download custom flash files, or modify your own flash.
