Unlocking 8310 v5.54

I'm having trouble unlocking this version. I've heard it's because it has 5 locks rather than the normal 4. Can anybody shed some light??

as far as i know, its the 5.57 and onwards that have 5 locks.

i think your just a bit unlucky with this phone cause it can be unlocked as normal with a m-bus cable

The only way to unlock this version and higher at the moment is with a neelix2 box. This unlocks direct, or you need to downgrade the firmware.
