Help E 715

Hi to all.
I have an big problem with an Samsung E 715.
My phone screan is white in both sides internal and external and this is not problem of the LCD screan.I change that with new one and the problem still persist in some way.All other functions are Ok on the phone.
Can anyone give me any idea how can I fix this problem please.

White on BOTH screens ? It's normally just one....

Prior to replacing the screen how did the problem occur, might give us an idea as to why it's doing it

Hi Man!
Really I do not understund your replay.
I mean that I have change the screan and without solution.
The problem may be on the board but I have not any service manual or schematic diagram for this model.Can anyone help me where to find and download the service manual or any other solution for this symptom.
