Nokia 7650 Help......

hello gurus, im a newbie here. my phone can't boot properly. it keeps on displaying the message "phone start-up failed. contact the retailer" what should i do to reformat my phone? what keys should i press to format the phone. i already tried some of the techniques but still, i can't format it.... pls help... tnx!!!

Lol, sorry to be the bearer of bad news mate, but the Nokia 7650 (Unlike the Nokia 6600), can't be formatted by pressing a sequence of buttons at the startup. Holding down the ABC key will try and boot the phone up without loading any 3rd party apps, but thats about it. I had 2 7650's so i know. lol. You'll have to take it to a Nokia Care Service Centre to get a Firmware upgrade...
