Use Nokia Tools of Jordik 100% no contact service
No need to replace eeprom if CS is caused by wrong unlock of NSE-2 (5110i).
You can repair it with knok. Just click on Modify locks and select MCC+MNC. Choose Open then click OK button. CS is gone but locks are all closed. Don't worry, just unlock the phone with partial flash and everything will be fine. It's 100% working. Tested by me.

@jeric
no joy with jordik, pre.
@codex
fixed the contact service but all locks are closed. tried unlocking with partial but no joy. i think it partial unlocking will not work on mine because the closed locks are like (remember the old days) flashing a 3310 with a different eeprom. could you elaborate on what you did with yours? thanks

use nc_calc by dejan

@alinus

no luck it nk_calc. it's not hardware coz when i replaced the eeprom, the phone is ok. also flashed new mcu/ppm.

1. follow Instructions of KodeX it works 100%,
2. partial flashing used Rolis 477 select 5110i-nse2, click unlock(use flasher cable)
3. return to knok modify lock, Modify MCC+MNC, modify set-up, close,Modify value, enter FFFFF(5) ok
4. Phone setting, reset (if will not reset just "ON"ur anr repeat 3 & 4) it works by me 100%
