8910i Problem - Possibly ribbon?

I have an 8910i and i can hear myself speak on the phone but the caller or person im calling can not hear me? Is this the ribbon or does something else need replacing? Thanks,

this is possible, the ribbon is part of the lower slide module which is supplied as a whole part as a Nokia official part... getting hold of one is another story!!
