Dead 3310

Hi i have tried to flash 3330 software to my 3310 and after flashing, it doesnt allow me to turn on the phone... so i try to reload the back i made before flashing but it says cannot initailise device or it says cannot prepare flash or something like that. does anyone have some advice plz

fullflash your phone...or reflash your fone backup....
then please set the combo box to 3330 to be able to flash your phone...remeber set it to 3330.....if you set it to 3310,you will get a message "cannot prepare phone" ok gud luck

ok thanks for your reply... i tried that with no luck ... Something interesting it reads the phone as NMH? - 4 then says it doesnt support it... I try to erase the phone software but it wont allow it and still reads cannot prepare phone.. is there any other software that allow you to do the similar job to Knok... i have Windows XP... so software will have to support it.. Thankyou so much for the support
