    XP Help Phone not connected

    Help I am trying to use B-Phreaks DCT3 tools on my mates computer he has XP and when I connect the phone and press unlock it just says phone not connected but I use the same software and cables day in and day out on my windows ME and it works fine any ideas I really am stuck please
