    C45 v36 -> v50 problem pls help

    When I try to update my C45 firmware ver. 36 to ver. 50
    I get the following error: "Error on waiting for Ack EOT".
    What's wrong? Please help!

    You cannot upgrade C45V36 to V50, if you want to upgrade do this..
    1. down version to V33, winswup can do this without problem.
    2. when upgrade with V50 don't skip "Pre-Check" and you must turn on you C45 when start upgrade, program will manage it to turn of automatically.
    3. after that it similar as you do when winswup your phone.
