6310i query

i have a 6310i which has been barred by orange. the phone is unlocked but when i put a vodafone sim i get a signal and can sent and receive txt messages but can't make/receive voice calls. is there anything i can do to make the phone make/receive calls. or is the phone a dead duck..............

Dead duck, good from spare parts or wait till someone brings out a IMEI changer and do it that way, but as for the changer I think that will be some time unless you want to spend about £60+ getting it done.
