t100 contact provider?

Hi
What kind of eeprom ic have samsung t100? SOIC or BGA? Today I did eeprom reset by VSH software becuase T100 was hanging. But this time it says contact provider after that. So how to repair that? I tried to change imie after power off and on then imie always changed to 447967894000448. Also I need working T100 flash files and eeprom dumps.
