7110 contact service

i need to know what to use to repaire my 7110... i definitely have no idea how to start and what program to use and hardware to buy...

and what are these softwares for?

1. KODEX NOKIA DCT3 SHELL
2. virgin eeprom and iemi changer and knok thing
3. Flash FULL 7110 v.5.01
4. Rolis 4.78 Beta 6
5. EEPROM Tool's 3.1

are there any more that i need to fix my contact service on my 7110?

first use mbus cable and eeprom tools 3.1
phone must be on
press "Test" option.
the program will test the phone and display the reason for contact service
