sl45i fw upgrade help

Hi Guys,

I'm trying to upgrade my fw from version 10 using winswup but i keep getting "Cant connect to Mobile with BootstrapLoader on Com 1'

-I've tried skipping the checks
-It doesn't matter which fw version i try to upgrade to
-winswup turns off my phone and thats it!

Does it matter that my phone is actually a 6688?

My cable isn't an official one but it works fine for transfers.

Any help would be much appreciated!
