restricted 6510

i have just been to spain and after a few days of using my 6510 wiyhout any problems, when i put the charger in the socket it immediately came up "phone restricted". when pressing the "undo" option it requests a deristiction code. Any one know why it has done this and how i derestrict it? the problem is not with the sim card-this works fine in other phones. Also when i do *#06# to look at the imei number it just displays a load of ?????????????? . have taken phone into a shop who said they have never seen this before.Please help ?

I HAVE CHECKED THAT AND IT HASNT BEEN BLOCKED. CHECKED WITH O2, ORANGE AND VODAPHONE WHICH HAVE ALL HAD SIM CARDS IN PHONE AT SOME POINT.NONE HAVE THEM HAVE BLOCKED THE IMEI. HAVE ALSO CHECKED WITH THE NEW PHONE LINE THAT YOU CAN CHECK THE IMEI TO SEE IF IT HAS BEEN BLOCKED- AND IT HASNT. ANY OTHER THOUGHTS. CHEERS FOR REPLY

Anyway IMEI in your phone is incorrect and will be restricted by operators, you need to rebuild it (almost impossible)

BUT THE IMEI HAS ALWAYS BEEN OK UNTIL LAST WEEK. HAVE HAD PHONE FOR MONTHS.I CANT SEE WHAT COULD HAVE HAPPENED THAT WOULD HAVE CHANGED IT.HAVE CHECKED WITH NETWORKS AND THEY HAVE NT BLOCKED IT. AND IF IT IS ASKING FOR A CODE SURELY SOMEONE MUST HAVE THE CODE TO DERESTRICT IT?

im sure u can rebuild it pretty easyw iv eht software if tis all gone ?????????? coz there isnt an imei there, so it will b jsut like progrmming it once, have a look about for sum sw
