What cable do I have???

Reading through this forum is very confusing when trying to work out what cable you need to do what and what port it should run off (LPT, Com...) as there seems to be so many different cables out there.
I borrowed a cable off my mate but I'm not sure what it is and what I can do with it as I would like to totally re-flash my Nokia 3310. Tha cable plugs in the parallel port, has a unkown (number ground off)14 pin IC on a circuitboard in the connector shell, has 6 wires from this board going to a cable with a PS2 style plug on the end which then can be plugged into varous adaptors for different phones. I know my mate 'tried' to unlock someones phone with it and finnished up with a dead phone.
Any ideas what it is?

It seems to be lite Dejan flasher, you can flash phone with it, but for unlocking and FAID updating you need MBUS cable (that connects to COM port).

Cheers, that could be why my mate screwed that phone up trying to unlock it then.

With flasher cable you also can unlock phone by partial flashing, but it was so long time ago, no one use it now.
