    Lightbulb Help Nok 7650

    Hi All,
    I got 2 Nok 7650 with this " Phone start-up failed. Contact the retailer. The phone was working fine but suddenly it display this error msg and never re starting back normaly. Is it soft or hardware problem. Please any help from your side will be much more appreciated.

    If u suspect that ur software is corrupted resort to formatting ur phone. This will give u fresh OS installation and rid of corrupted data. U should back up ur contacts one by one to the SIM card coz this will all be deleted once u resort to format.
    command = *#7370# . This is what I did when mine got also weird and error display.

    this is not hardware..its software..

    same problem i was face ..

    i just make fullfactroy rest with Neelix 11 (box)

    u have to make rest with neelix 11..

    its works 100 %.
