Picture Messages and Nokia 7210

Is there any way or softwares which can upload Picture Message into a Nokia 7210?

U exactly can't upload a picture message to any phone. Do this instead: Send the picture message to your phone, it will be uploaded, but why will you want that? that too when you can send the message from your pc with the help of phone itself...
