just check ur cable and software also..

the problem that no software find my phone it is connected to com2 and neither TOOLBOX nor any software find my phone ,that happened after using toolbox in tabindex called test and there erase all from phone

hi guys,..
i have the same problem too.
i've used pc link software from the samsung homepage, for about 2 month. but last week when i want to download a new ring tone from my pc, the service light was on, indicating that my phone was connected to the pc, but the software told me that there was no phone and no connection.
so,... what should i do? i've tried to use my friend's cable that work on his phone, but there's no result, Still no connection.
Do i have to flash my phone? if that is true, where can i get the flasher and the flash file (indonesian file). and if i use the flasher are they save?
or should i try the toolbox? and what is the toolbox anyway .
