You must eeprom upload your phone
After u must unlock sim lock_!

This happend to an s105 phone also:

The lock code for this s105 was given by t-mobile, yet when the customer tryed to enter the code he got this same error message on the screen.

I made the cable to unlock and it works fine on other s105's. But I could not do anything to this phone.

When you say eeprom upload .. what software is used?
.. what are the steps?

Press > / [ ] (Play / Stop) until phone shows NCK/SPCK number (last 8 digits will be the code needed).
Type #0111*code# (You should see 'Personalization Canceled')
