griffin is killing me

hi
first thing, i don't recommend griffin.
second thing, i have one 6600 which i flash and works well with the only problem that it ask to me for the password of memory card and the owner say he haven't inserted any pass in the memory card and when the phone cames to me, it works without asking for a MMC pass.
The second problem is, when i go to gallery to see the photos or the folders, it says opening files but stay in it till you finish that function.
i have tested the two flashes i have, v3421 and v4091, with different ppm's, i don't know how but yesterday it works perfect with v4091 and ppm1, then i change the languaje to 23 without problem, but when the owner told to me to change the languaje to rumanian, i go to change to 21 (is the ppm for rumania), the phone dead.
I have try with different ppm's but any good result, then i tried with v3421, i have tested and the gallery appears but the phone is always reseting.
Griffin is killing me because when i go to flash, allways problems, one exemple with this phone i flash it and not works the gallery, i flash again with the same version thinking the box have do it a bad flashing and the the box tell me different errors, some of them, fia files are ald or the mcu and ppm are incompatibles.
Anyway most important for me is MMC pass and gallery.

Maybe theres a problem with the box or cable..and im assuming you did do the cable mod. Ive been using my griffin for about a year and have flashed atleast 30 6600s including ones from the US, Philippines, and Europe and still no problem. Maybe its just the phone it self. Does it do that with any other model?

Get latest FIA files and update to last Griffin vertion it should work..

do i am a stupid boy or what happens here?, two answers, any solution.
the phone was working without problems till the owner wants to change the phone lock code, any problem but when he wants to return to original number or another one, the phone says wrong code.
I ask in the net and the people told to me, format user area or flash the phone.
I did it a format user area and then the phone dead, i flashed it and then begins the problems.
I bought the box for a lot of money, all the cables comes bad, usually the problem was the cables manufacturation, the resistor between the positive and bsi, not between bsi and ground, not contact with battery conector, not alignment of data contacts with pads in the phone, etc.etc.etc...
the 6600 cables comes to me with the modification right, one 3k3 ohms resistor between bsi and rj45 conector, i have the last fia files and box update, i'm using griffin v2.085, for this phone more stable than the last version i used, v2.081.
Please don't tell me the box excellences, give answers to my problems, phone gallery and MMC pass.

seems to me that you're not looking for help lol

griffin is good box if you know how to use it.

and for 300 $ u can;t expect big quality in cables.
if u want not to have problems with cables spens 5000 $ and buy yourself original tool.

anyway.
flash the phone with any version that allows you to start up the phone.

then format user area (couple of times) then flash the phone with latest firmware.

do this the propper way and u will have working phone.

i have in my service griffin, prodigy, UFS & Twister and i am using griffin so for the the conclusion is not that griffin;s bad...is just u have to spend some time learning it

i don't say it is expensive, i know original one is more expensive,
you must to know if is chinese is not good, can work but isn't a good product, is chip because is not good.
I have the box one month ago, the user manual is very, very concise, i can see the box have a lot of functions but not explain how to use, i have cables for all models, more than the user manual say the box take with it, but any cable works, for me is necessary to reform all of them.
how are you if you buy any machine (video recorder, video camera, tv etc.) and comes with a very poor user manual and when you switch on, it don't work?, expensive or chip?.
i pay not 300$, i pay 400 or 500$, and if i switch the machine and works i don't thing if is expensive or chip, i am happy with my new purchase, but if the manufacturer don't explain to me how to use and i must modificate the machine for working with it, i think i waste my money and can't recommend that to anybody.
Anyway i'm not here for criticize the box, and i wait in the future i'll know how to use the box and haven't any problem with it.

About the problem i have, before i write the post, i tried what you tell me, i have tried with different versions , formating user area and resseting with *#7370# but nothing change, i have told with the owner (from rumania) because somebody have told me, if posible the phone is second hand and the last owner put a pass in the mmc and when i changed the sw, the new sw ask me for the pass, but the owner tell to me the phone is new not second hand, in other side he has a sim card from rumania and is in roaming, i have test with his sim card and i haven't any problem with the gallery, but with my sim cards from different operators, usually the gallery not works.

thanks for your offer, but that is not the solution for learning to use the box and repair phone.
in the morning the owner has take it the phone with it, because i have tested and was working good, but in the evening he has told me teeling me, gallery and bluetooth don't work, gallery problem is posible but bluetooth i don't understand because always i select skip bluetooth when i flash the phones, i did explain him how to do a reset from the menu and he has answered, is working gallery but bluetooth not.
Somebody has told me the problem is posible that how i have tried with a lot of different softs is necessary to put one erase flash.
What do you thing about that? is that true? how must i do that?

I had a 6600 that froze while opening the gallery, try this its worth a try. First turn off griffin and turn back on, as well as computer. Use griffin go to special function and select format user area. Do this twice. After that turn off griffin turn back on. Select Flash v4.09.1 with the ppm of your choice. Uncheck all the options. Flash phone. This should work, at least it does for me. Also do you only have gallery problems when accessing from memory card or is it also with the phones memory. Maybe the memory card is corrupt and needs to be format?

forget the mmc, the phone owner has told me he has a password, the gallery problem is with the phone memory, the mmc card is not important for the problems.

no problem, ok.
usually i select, skip bluetooth data and there was the problem.
now the owner say, some programs is posible to send to phone but another not, he has explained me, he has one aplication called, explorer manager file, i think he use for watching the programs in the phone and erase them if he wants, but know he can input in the phone.
do you know anything about this?
