I calculated a code for the phone below using Smart DCT4 Calc, but the person I gave it to claims he got a 'code error'.

Model: 7650
IMEI: 350774102282940
Network: UK T-Mobile

The code I gave him was #pw+987012216522317+7#

Have I done something wrong, or has he made a mistake, or what?

I take it you have already tried another sim in it to make sure if it is locked ??
