Thanks for supplying the unlock code, however for some reason, it did not work. The phone gave me an invalid code error. Is it possible that the phone was made so that it cannot be unlocked? Very puzzling. If anyone has any ideas, I'd be very appreciative.

Before entering any codes please confirm if this is your service provider.
Remember you only get (5) trys at these codes then the copdes are no good for you........(U.S.A. - CINGULAR - Pacific Bell Wireless)

Well, neither of those two codes worked. I fear however that I've only one shot left. What happens after try five?

I don't know if this helps, but the phone came from Arizona, USA.

Well after a bunch of dead-end phone calls to Cingular, I finally found someone who had a clue. According to the techs at Cingular, all of the Nokia 3650s they sell are sim lock free. My problem went away after I stuck in a friend's sim card, turned on the phone and then stuck in my card. I can't explain it, but it solved the problem for me. Very cool.

I already tried 3 codes that were generated by a DCT 4 calculator I found in ATT wireless forum.I blew 3 of my 5 chances. I have given those codes here if it would be of any help.
These are the codes I was given earlier.
