What happens after unlocking a Nokia 3595

Will my Nokia 3595 with Service Provider AT&T Wireless USA continue to work as before ( in the USA with the same SP ) even after unlocking using the help of this great forum ?

Can i use this unlocked Nokia 3595 phone when travelling to India ?

just after unlocking it will be
able to work on other Providers too
so there will be no change to your fone

Thanx for the reply. BTW, i have heard that phones in USA use the 850MHz frequency while in India they use 900MHz. Does that mean that this Nokia 3595 will not work in India or it just means some sound quality issues.
