if its o2 contract then it is not locked try an o2 sim in it and another sim in it.
if its pay as you go try #pw+228305357665502+7# remove sim before entering code try code once only.

Sorry to be a nuisance but that code didnt work, so it wasn't T-Mobile

Any ideas? (It's the first code i've tried)
