3300 problem

Please help,

I was halfway through installing Fifa 2004, when the phone crashed. Now I have an "unknown" game in my Applications folder that gives me an error message as soon as I select it. It won't even go as far as letting me delete it! I've tried re-installing Fifa, but it says the version is already up to date.

I really am desperate to get rid of this corrupt game, but haven't found any way of doing it. Is there a format code that I can use to wipe the phones memory?
