MBUS and FBUS!

I just bought a cable and i plug it in and it dosnt find it when i set the connection to FBUS on both ports... i then change it to MBUS and it finds it... but i cant do anything.. all i can do it look at my phonebook... which i can do without a program!


is there a way that i can change the port type??? Mbus to Fbus!?

and i have tryed every peace of software... Oxygen, Mobile Magic
u name it!!

I think i have a similar problem..

i have a 3510i a have the right Data Cable for it but i can't "find the phone"

the data cable is FBUS/MBUS

I use Xp Pro, and all the software i tried can't find the phone.. (

i've tried Oxigen Phone Manager, i set the port speed to 115200 like advised in their foruns but i get PHONE NOT FOUND AT COM1 (i've tried COM2 aswell)

I've Tried Nokia Pc Suite.. but results were the same.. (btw i used version 5.02 is that the correct version for my phone)

i've also tried Oxigen using UserPort, but with no results..

Although i can see the phone using only MBUS.. that isn't usefull for data tranfer (
